Kathmandu, February 23: Juventus beat Croton 3-0 after Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice. With the victory over Crotone, Juventus Italy has risen to the third place in Serie A.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored a header in the 38th minute of the first half with the help of Lobo Silva. In the extra time of the first half, Alex Sandro's cross was converted by Aaron Ramsey towards Ronaldo and Ronaldo headed in a goal to give Juventus a 2-0 lead in the first half. Juventus secured a 3-0 victory over bottom-placed Croton in the 66th minute when Weston McKenzie's shot from close range was converted into a goal.
Juventus has added 45 points from 22 games. Top-ranked Inter Milan have 53 points from 23 games. Second-placed AC Milan has added 49 points from the same number of games.
