Chaminda Bhas resigned within two days of being appointed

Kathmandu, February 23: Former Sri Lankan bowler Chaminda Bhas has resigned because the bowling coach of the national team. Bhas resigned on the eve of the Sri Lankan cricket team's tour of the West Indies .

The Sri Lankan cricket team has said it'll reach a speedy decision on Bhasa's dismissal. one among the coaches are going to be given the responsibility of bowling coach. during a statement issued by the Sri Lanka Cricket Board, Bhas resigned thanks to disagreement over salary. The statement described the resignation as "irresponsible" because the cricket team was close to leave and will not agree on Bhas' salary demand.

Bhas had demanded salary facility a bit like the foreign trainers got. The Sri Lanka Cricket Board has been providing salary facility to local coaches in rupees. The Cricket Board has appointed Chaminda Bhas, Sri Lanka's most successful fast bowler, as its bowling coach, replacing David Seker.
